PaathBook does not directly collect or store any personal information from users.

Internet Usage
PaathBook requires an internet connection to:
- Load educational content
- Display advertisements
- Fetch learning materials such as PDF notes
No personal data is transmitted or stored during this process.
Advertisements
PaathBook displays advertisements using Google AdMob,
a third-party advertising service provided by Google.
AdMob may use the device’s Advertising ID and other
non-personal, anonymous information to show ads and measure ad performance.
PaathBook does not collect, store, or have access to any data collected by
Google AdMob.

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland,
PaathBook requests user consent before showing personalized advertisements, in compliance
with applicable data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Users can choose to accept or decline personalized ads. If declined, non-personalized ads
will still be shown. Users can also change their consent preferences at any time within the app.
Permissions
PaathBook requests limited device permissions that are required
for core app functionality.

Notification Permission:
Used to send daily educational notifications such as GK questions,
Hijje MCQs, and Dictionary words at the time selected by the user.

Exact Alarm Permission:
Used to deliver time-sensitive notifications accurately based on
the user’s chosen schedule.
Notifications are optional, fully controlled by the user, and can be
enabled or disabled at any time from within the app. PaathBook does not
use notifications for advertising or collect personal data through them.
PDF files viewed in the app may be temporarily downloaded and stored
securely within the app’s private storage for performance purposes.
These files are not accessible outside the app, and no storage
permission is required.
Children’s Privacy
PaathBook is designed for educational use and is suitable for school students.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children
- No login, signup, or social interaction features are included
- Advertisements shown comply with Google’s child-safe advertising policies
- Ads shown in the app are contextual and do not rely on personalized profiling of children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app,
